नित्य॑ पर्वसु सुस्नाता: स्वनुलिप्ता: स्वलंकृता: । उपवासतप:शीला: प्रतीता ब्रह्मवादिन:

Transliteration

nityaṁ parvasu susnātāḥ svanuliptāḥ sv-alaṅkṛtāḥ | upavāsa-tapaḥ-śīlāḥ pratītā brahmavādinaḥ ||

Translation

وہ ہمیشہ مقدس مواقع پر خوب غسل کیے ہوئے، خوشبودار روغن سے ملے ہوئے اور مناسب زیورات سے آراستہ رہتے تھے۔ وہ روزہ و ریاضت کے پابند، ضبطِ نفس میں ثابت قدم، اور برہمن (حقیقی روحانی حکمت) کے شارحین کے طور پر معروف تھے۔
