Adhyāya 33: Rauhiṇeya (Balarāma) is welcomed and takes his seat to witness the gadā-engagement

कृती च बलवांश्वैव युद्धशौण्डश्न नित्यदा । 'किंतु पार्थ! तुम्हें दुर्योधनके साथ सदा प्रयत्नपूर्वक युद्ध करना चाहिये; क्योंकि वह अभ्यासकुशल, बलवान्‌ और युद्धकी कलामें निरन्तर चतुर है'

kṛtī ca balavāṁś caiva yuddhaśauṇḍaś ca nityadā | kintu pārtha! tvaṁ duryodhanena saha sadā prayatnapūrvakaṁ yoddhavyaḥ; sa hy abhyāsakuśalaḥ balavān yuddhakalāyāṁ nirantaraṁ caturaḥ ||

سنجے نے کہا—وہ باصلاحیت اور زورآور ہے اور ہمیشہ جنگ کا شوقین و آزمودہ ہے۔ اس لیے، اے پارتھ! تمہیں دُریودھن کے ساتھ ہر وقت پوری کوشش کے ساتھ لڑنا چاہیے؛ کیونکہ وہ مشق میں ماہر، طاقتور اور فنونِ حرب میں مسلسل چابک دست ہے۔
