गोवासना ब्राह्मणाश्न दासनीयाश्ष सर्वश: । प्रीत्यर्थ ते महाराज धर्मराज्ञों महात्मन:
duryodhana uvāca | go-vāsanā brāhmaṇāś ca dāsanīyāś ca sarvaśaḥ | prīty-arthaṃ te mahārāja dharmarājño mahātmanaḥ ||
دُریودھن نے کہا— اے مہاراج! برہمن، گائے بیل پال کر گزر بسر کرنے والے ویشیہ، اور خدمت کے لائق شودر وغیرہ—سب کے سب مہاتما دھرم راج کو خوش کرنے کے لیے نذرانے لیے دروازے پر کھڑے تھے۔ وہ بڑے بڑے گروہوں میں جمع ہو کر سونے کے خوبصورت کلش اور دیگر تحائف لائے تھے، مگر اندر داخل نہ ہو سکے۔
