स एवेशश्व भूत्वेह परैराज्ञाप्यते पुन: । वही बलवान्‌ होकर फिर दुर्बल हो जाता है और वही एक समय दूसरोंका शासक होकर कालान्तरमें स्वयं दूसरोंका आज्ञापालक हो जाता है

sa eveśaśva bhūtveha parair ājñāpyate punaḥ |

اسی دنیا میں وہی شخص ایک وقت طاقتور ہو کر پھر کمزور ہو جاتا ہے؛ جو کبھی دوسروں کا حاکم تھا، وہی زمانے کے پلٹنے پر دوسروں کے حکم کا تابع بن جاتا ہے۔
