ततः शर: सो5भ्यहनत् किरीटं तस्येन्द्रदत्तं सुदृढं च धीमतः । अथार्जुनस्योत्तमगात्रभूषणं धरावियद्द्योसलिलेषु विश्रुतम्
tataḥ śaraḥ so ’bhyahanat kirīṭaṃ tasyendradattaṃ sudṛḍhaṃ ca dhīmataḥ | athārjunas yottamagātrabhūṣaṇaṃ dharāviyaddyo-salileṣu viśrutam ||
سنجے نے کہا— پھر اس تیر نے دانا ارجن کے اُس نہایت مضبوط تاج پر ضرب لگائی جو اندَر نے عطا کیا تھا۔ ارجن کا وہ بہترین زیورِ سر زمین پر، آسمان میں اور آسمانی آبوں کے جہانوں میں بھی مشہور تھا۔ رتھ کے کچھ نیچے دھنس جانے کے باعث کرن کا سانپ-منہ والا تیر ارجن کے سر کو نہیں، اسی نامور تاج کو جا لگا۔
