शशाड्कसूर्याविव मेघनि:स्वनै- विरिजतुस्तौ पुरषर्षभौ तदा | दोनों दलोंमें होती हुई मृदंग
śaśāṅka-sūryāv iva megha-niḥsvanaiḥ virajatuḥ tau puruṣarṣabhau tadā |
دونوں لشکروں میں مِردنگ، بھیری، پَنَو اور آنک وغیرہ جنگی سازوں کی گہری، بادلوں جیسی گرج دار آواز کے بیچ وہ دونوں نر-شریشٹھ بلند آواز سے شیر کی دھاڑ لگا رہے تھے۔ اُس لمحے وہ دونوں مردِ برگزیدہ، گمبھیر بادلوں کی گرج کے ساتھ طلوع ہوتے چاند اور سورج کی مانند، روشن و تاباں دکھائی دے رہے تھے۔
