अथान्यै: सप्तदशभिर्भल्लै: कनकभूषणै: । धृष्टद्युम्न॑ं समासाद्य वाह्वोरुरगसि चार्पयत्‌

athānyaiḥ saptadaśabhir bhallaiḥ kanakabhūṣaṇaiḥ | dhṛṣṭadyumnaṃ samāsādya bāhvor urasi cārpayat ||

سنجے نے کہا— پھر وہ دھِرِشتدیومن کے قریب جا پہنچا اور سونے سے آراستہ مزید سترہ بھلّہ تیروں سے اس کے دونوں بازوؤں اور سینے پر وار کر کے انہیں وہیں گاڑ دیا۔
