अर्जुनस्य द्रोणिप्रतिघातः कर्णोपसर्पणं च

तद् युद्ध सुमहद् घोरमासीद् देवासुरोपमम्
tad yuddha sumahat ghoram āsīd devāsura-upamam
تب وہ جنگ نہایت وسیع اور ہولناک ہو گئی—گویا دیوتاؤں اور اسوروں کا عظیم معرکہ۔ بے لگام جنگ انسانی پیمانے سے بڑھ کر قریباً کائناتی ہیبت کی صورت اختیار کر گئی، جہاں تباہی کے بیچ شجاعت اور دھرم کی آزمائش ہوتی ہے۔
