कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
आराधयिततवान् शर्व बहून् वर्षगणांस्तदा । दुर्योधन कहता हैं--तदनन्तर परशुरामने बहुत वर्षोतक तपस्या
ārādhayitavān śarvaṁ bahūn varṣa-gaṇāṁs tadā |
دریودھن نے کہا—“اس وقت اس نے بہت برسوں تک شَروَ (شیو) کی عبادت کی۔” تپسیا، حواس پر ضبط، دل و دماغ کی لگام، پوجا، نذرانہ و ارپن، ہوم اور منتر جپ جیسے سادھنوں کے ذریعے اس نے بھگوان شیو کو راضی کیا—طویل مدت کی ریاضت اور بھکتی کے ساتھ۔
