स शब्दो भरतश्रेष्ठ व्याप्य सर्वा दिशो दश । प्रतिसस्वान तत्रैव कुरुपाण्डवयोर्बले

sa śabdo bharataśreṣṭha vyāpya sarvā diśo daśa | pratisaśvāna tatraiva kurupāṇḍavayor bale ||

اے بھرتوں میں برتر! وہ آواز دسوں سمتوں میں پھیل گئی اور وہیں کورو اور پانڈو کی فوجوں کے بیچ بار بار گونجتی رہی۔
