गौरवं पाण्डुपुत्राणां मान्यान्‌ मानयतां च तान्‌ | दृष्टवा महीक्षितस्तत्र पूजयाउ्चक्रिरे भूशम्‌,माननीय पुरुषोंका सम्मान करनेवाले पाण्डवोंके उस गौरवको देखकर सब भूपाल उनकी बड़ी प्रशंसा करने लगे

Transliteration

gauravaṃ pāṇḍuputrāṇāṃ mānyān mānayatāṃ ca tān | dṛṣṭvā mahīkṣitastatra pūjayāṃ cakrire bhūśam ||

Translation

پانڈو کے بیٹوں کی وہ وقار بھری شان—جو خود قابلِ احترام لوگوں کی تعظیم کرتے تھے—دیکھ کر وہاں موجود سب بادشاہ اُن کی بہت زیادہ تعریف کرنے لگے اور انہیں نمایاں عزت و تکریم دینے لگے۔
