स्थैर्यमत्र कथं मे स्यात् सत्त्वं नि:संशयं कुरु । कुपितस्त्वां न हीदानीं भस्म कुर्या सबान्धवम्,परंतु इस बातका मुझे विश्वास कैसे हो कि तुम मेरा साथ दोगे। अतः जैसे भी हो, मेरे मनका संशय दूर हो; नहीं तो अभी क्रोधमें भरकर मैं बन्धु-बान्धवोंसहित तुम्हें भस्म कर डालूँगा
sthairyam atra kathaṁ me syāt sattvaṁ niḥsaṁśayaṁ kuru | kupitas tvāṁ na hīdānīṁ bhasma kuryā sabāndhavam ||
یہاں مجھے اطمینان کیسے ہو—اپنے عزم کو بےشک ثابت کر کے میرا شک بالکل دور کر دو۔ ورنہ اگر ابھی مجھ پر غضب طاری ہو گیا تو میں تمہیں تمہارے رشتہ داروں سمیت خاکستر کر سکتا ہوں۔
