Nṛga-upākhyāna: Brāhmaṇa-sva and the Consequence of Misappropriated Gift-Cattle (कृकलास-रूपे नृगोपाख्यानम्)

सद्यो ददाति यश्चान्नं सदैकाग्रमना नर: | न स दुर्गाण्यवाप्रोतीत्येवमाह पराशर:,पराशर मुनिका कथन है कि “जो मनुष्य सदा एकाग्रचित्त होकर याचकको तत्काल अन्नका दान करता है, उसपर कभी दुर्गम संकट नहीं पड़ता”

sadyo dadāti yaścānnaṃ sadaikāgramanā naraḥ | na sa durgāṇy avāpnotīty evam āha parāśaraḥ ||

بھیشم نے کہا—پراشر مُنی نے یوں فرمایا ہے: جو شخص ہمیشہ یکسوئی کے ساتھ سائل کو فوراً کھانا دے دیتا ہے، وہ کبھی دشوار گزار آفتوں میں نہیں پڑتا۔
