मूले मूलफल दत्त्वा ब्राह्मणेभ्य:ः समाहित: । पितृन्‌ प्रीणयते चापि गतिमिष्टां च गच्छति,मूल नक्षत्रमें एकाग्रचित्त हो ब्राह्मणोंको मूल-फल दान करनेवाला मनुष्य पितरोंको तृप्त करता और अभीष्ट गतिको पाता है

Nārada uvāca | Mūle mūla-phalaṁ dattvā brāhmaṇebhyaḥ samāhitaḥ | Pitṝn prīṇayate cāpi gatim iṣṭāṁ ca gacchati ||

نارد نے کہا—مُولا نکشتر کے موقع پر یکسو ہو کر جو شخص برہمنوں کو جڑیں اور پھل دان کرتا ہے، وہ پِتروں کو بھی راضی کرتا ہے اور مطلوبہ گتی حاصل کرتا ہے۔
