देवासुरगुरुर्देवो देवासुरनमस्कृत: । देवासुरमहामात्रो देवासुरगणाश्रय:

Transliteration

devāsuragurur devo devāsuranamaskṛtaḥ | devāsuramahāmātro devāsuragaṇāśrayaḥ ||

Translation

وایو نے کہا—وہ دیوتاؤں اور اسوروں کا گرو (استاد) ہے؛ وہی پرم دیو-سوروپ ہے جسے دیو و اسور یکساں سجدۂ تعظیم کرتے ہیں۔ وہ سب میں برتر ہے، اور دیو و اسور کے لشکروں کا سہارا بھی وہی ہے۔
