चराचरात्मा सूक्ष्मात्मा अमृतो गोवृषेश्चर: । साध्यर्षिवसुरादित्यो विवस्वान्‌ सवितामृत:

carācarātmā sūkṣmātmā amṛto govṛṣeś caraḥ | sādhyarṣivasurādityo vivasvān savitāmṛtaḥ ||

وایو نے کہا— وہ تمام متحرک و غیر متحرک جانداروں کی باطنی آتما ہے؛ اس کی حقیقت نہایت لطیف ہے۔ وہ اَمر ہے، اور ‘گو-وِرش’—یعنی دھرم کی قائم رکھنے والی ترتیب—کا مالک ہے۔ وہ سادھیوں اور رشیوں کا آچارْی ہے؛ وہ وسوؤں اور آدتیوں میں بھی شمار ہوتا ہے؛ وہی ویوَسوان، سَوِتا—کرنوں سے درخشاں، امرت سرشت سورج—جو جگت کو پیدا کرتا اور اسے توانائی بخشتا ہے۔

The verse teaches that the divine is the indwelling Self of all beings, subtle and immortal, and also the cosmic sustainer identified with solar divinity (Vivasvān/Savitṛ).
