न हाधर्मतयाधर्म दद्यात् काल: कथंचन । तस्माद् विशुद्धमात्मानं जानीयाद् धर्मचारिणम्
na hādharmatayā dharmaṁ dadyāt kālaḥ kathaṁcana | tasmād viśuddham ātmānaṁ jānīyād dharmacāriṇam ||
بھیشم نے کہا—زمانہ (کال) کسی طرح بھی دھرم کو اَدھرم نہیں بنا سکتا؛ نہ وہ دھرم پر چلنے والے کو دکھ دے کر اسے آلودہ کر سکتا ہے۔ اس لیے دھرم کا آچرن کرنے والے مرد کو پاکیزہ نفس والا ہی سمجھنا چاہیے۔
