१३ जटी--जटाधारी, १४ चर्मी--व्याप्रचर्म धारण करनेवाले, १५ शिखण्डी-- शिखाधारी, १६ सर्वाज्र:--सम्पूर्ण अंगोंसे सम्पन्न, १७ सर्वभावन:--सबके उत्पादक, १८ हरः--पापहारी, १९ हरिणाक्ष:--मृगके समान विशाल नेत्रवाले, २० सर्वभूतहर:-- सम्पूर्ण भूतोंका संहार करनेवाले, २१ प्रभु:--स्वामी ।।

pravṛttiś ca nivṛttiś ca niyataḥ śāśvato dhruvaḥ | śmaśānavāsī bhagavān khacaro gocaro 'rdanaḥ ||

وایو نے کہا— وہی پرَورتّی (دنیا میں عمل کا راستہ) بھی ہے اور وہی نِورتّی (ترک و انصراف کا راستہ) بھی؛ وہ ضابطہ پر قائم، ازلی اور غیر متزلزل ہے۔ شمشان میں بسنے والا وہ بھگوان آسمان میں بھی سیر کرتا ہے اور زمین پر بھی؛ اور گناہ میں جینے والوں کو سزا دیتا ہے۔
