Shloka 13
अवृत्ता ये तु भिन्दन्ति श्रुतित्यागपरायणा: । धर्मविद्वेषिणो मन्दा इत्युक्तस्तेषु संशय:
avṛttā ye tu bhindanti śruti-tyāga-parāyaṇāḥ | dharma-vidveṣiṇo mandā ity uktaḥ teṣu saṁśayaḥ ||
بھیشم نے کہا— جو لوگ بےآداب ہیں، قائم شدہ حدود توڑتے ہیں، شُرُتی (ویدی وحی) کو چھوڑ دینے پر تُلے رہتے ہیں، دھرم سے بغض رکھتے ہیں اور کند ذہن ہیں— ایسے لوگوں کے بارے میں شک ہی بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ وہ نیک لوگوں کے قائم کیے ہوئے دھرم اور آچار کی سرحدیں پامال کرتے ہیں؛ اس لیے انہیں رہنمائی کے لائق نہ سمجھو۔
