अनादिर्भूभ्भुवो लक्ष्मी: सुवीरो रुचिराड़ूद: । जननो जनजन्मादिर्भीमो भीमपराक्रम:
anādir bhūr-bhuvo lakṣmīḥ suvīro rucirāṅgadaḥ | janano jana-janmādir bhīmo bhīma-parākramaḥ ||
بھیشم نے کہا—وہ ازل سے بے آغاز ہے، سب اسباب کا اولین سبب۔ وہ زمین اور جہانوں کا سہارا ہے، اور ہر خوبصورت شے میں چمکنے والی شان و شوکت کی لکشمی بھی وہی ہے۔ وہ بلند پایہ بہادر ہے، روشن بازوبند پہننے والا؛ تمام جانداروں کا جنم دینے والا اور جنم لینے والوں کے جنم کا پہلا سبب۔ بدکاروں کے لیے وہ ‘بھیم’—ہیبت ناک ہے؛ اور اس کی دلیری خود خوف انگیز ہے، ہر مخالفت کو مغلوب کر دیتی ہے۔
