Bhīṣma’s Yogic Departure, Royal Cremation, and Gaṅgā’s Lament (भीष्मस्य योगयुक्त्या देहत्यागः, पितृमेधः, गङ्गाविलापः)
सुदुस्तरार्थतत्त्वस्य वक्ता कर्ता च माधव: । तव पार्थ जय: कृत्स्नस्तव कीर्तिस्तथातुला
sudustarārthatattvasya vaktā kartā ca mādhavaḥ | tava pārtha jayaḥ kṛtsnas tava kīrtis tathātulā ||
بھیشم نے کہا—اس دشوارگزار حقیقت کے معنی کا بیان کرنے والا بھی مادھو ہے اور اسے برپا کرنے والا بھی وہی ہے۔ اے پارتھ! تیری کامل فتح اور تیری بے مثال شہرت اسی کے سہارے سے تجھے ملی ہے۔
