षडिमानि तु कर्माणि प्रोवाच भुवनेश्वर: । वृत्त्यर्थ ब्राह्मणानां वै शृणु धर्मानू सनातनान्
ṣaḍ imāni tu karmāṇi provāca bhuvaneśvaraḥ | vṛttyarthaṃ brāhmaṇānāṃ vai śṛṇu dharmānū sanātanān |
شری مہیشور نے کہا—عالموں کے مالک نے برہمنوں کی روزی کے لیے یہ چھ فرائض مقرر کیے ہیں۔ سنو—یہی ان کے لیے قدیم و ابدی احکامِ دھرم ہیں۔
