Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
अर्थात् प्रियतरत्वं च सर्वलोकेषु वै तदा । प्राप्तवानेव राजेन्द्र सुवर्णक्षान्महेश्वरात्
arthāt priyataratvaṃ ca sarvalokeṣu vai tadā | prāptavāneva rājendra suvarṇakṣān maheśvarāt, bharatanandana |
بھیشم نے کہا—اے راجندر! یوں وہ اسی وقت تمام جہانوں میں سب سے زیادہ محبوب ہو گیا—گویا یہ محبوبیت اسے خود مہیشور سے ملی ہو۔ اے بھرت نندن! کہا جاتا ہے کہ قدیم زمانے میں بدریکاشرم میں مہادیو کو خوش کرکے، دیویہ درشتی والے مہیشور سے شری کرشن نے ہر سِدھی سے بڑھ کر محبوبیت پائی؛ اسی لیے وہ ہر عالم میں تمام جانداروں کا محبوب ترین بن گیا۔
