मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
वर्षासु वर्षतस्तावन्निवसत्यमरप्रभ: । वर्षा-ऋतुमें आकाशसे धरतीपर जितनी बूँदें गिरती हैं, उतने वर्षोतक वह देवोपम तेजस्वी पुरुष ब्रह्मलोकमें निवास करता है
varṣāsu varṣatastāvan nivasaty amaraprabhaḥ |
بھیشم نے کہا—جتنی دیر برسات کے موسم میں بارش برستی رہتی ہے، اتنی ہی مدت تک—یعنی آسمان سے زمین پر جتنے قطرے گرتے ہیں، اتنے برسوں کے برابر—وہ دیوتا سا تابناک مرد برہملوک میں قیام کرتا ہے۔
