उपवासफलात्मकविधिः — Upavāsa as Yajña-Equivalent Merit

दिवं हंसप्रयुक्तेन विमानेन स गच्छति । शतं वर्षसहसत्राणां मोदते स दिवि प्रभो
divaṁ haṁsaprayuktena vimānena sa gacchati | śataṁ varṣasahasrāṇāṁ modate sa divi prabho ||
وہ ہنسوں سے جُتے ہوئے آسمانی وِمان میں سُوَرگ کو جاتا ہے، اور اے پرَبھُو، سُوَرگ میں وہ ایک لاکھ برس تک مسرّت میں رہتا ہے۔
