दाश उवाच
The verse presents divine manifestation as an act of compassion (anugraha) aimed at the welfare of beings, implying that power and fame are ethically meaningful when directed toward protection of dharma and alleviation of suffering.
Daśa states that the world-revered Lord Viṣṇu appeared—taking birth via Vasudeva in Devakī’s womb—specifically to bestow grace upon the world.
