Garuḍa–Śakra Saṃvāda and the Retrieval of Amṛta (गरुड–शक्र संवादः अमृत-अपहरण-प्रसङ्गः)
ततः शनै: पर्यपतत् पक्षै: शैलान् प्रकम्पयन् । एवं सो5भ्यपतद् देशान् बहूनू सगजकच्छप:,तदनन्तर गरुड अपने पंखोंकी हवासे बड़े-बड़े पर्वतोंको कम्पित करते हुए धीरे-धीरे उड़ने लगे। इस प्रकार वे हाथी और कछुएको साथ लिये हुए ही अनेक देशोंमें उड़ते फिरे
tataḥ śanaiḥ paryapatat pakṣaiḥ śailān prakampayan | evaṃ so 'bhyapatad deśān bahūn sa gaja-kacchapaḥ ||
پھر گرُڑ آہستہ آہستہ پرواز کرنے لگا؛ اس کے پروں کی زوردار جنبش سے پہاڑ تک لرز اٹھتے تھے۔ یوں وہ ہاتھی اور کچھوے کو ساتھ لیے ہوئے بہت سے ملکوں کے اوپر سے اڑتا پھرتا رہا۔
