उच्चैःश्रवसः वर्णविपणः तथा नागशापः
Uccaiḥśravas Color-Wager and the Nāga Curse
सौतिर्वाच नारायणवच: श्रुत्वा बलिनस्ते महोदथे: । तत् पय:ः सहिता भूयश्नचक्रिरे भूशभाकुलम्
sautir uvāca nārāyaṇavacaḥ śrutvā balinas te mahodadheḥ | tat payaḥ-sahitā bhūyaś cakrire bhūśa-bhākulam ||
سوتی نے کہا—اے شونک! نارائن کے کلمات سن کر اُن زورآوروں کی قوت اور عزم بڑھ گیا۔ پھر وہ سب مل کر دوبارہ نئے زور کے ساتھ مہاسागर کو متھنے لگے اور اس کے تمام پانیوں کے انبار کو سختی سے ہلا کر رکھ دیا۔
