उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

समक्षं यदि तत्सर्वं कर्तव्यं गुर्वनुज्ञया गुरोर्देवसमक्षं वा न यथेष्टासनो भवेत्

Transliteration

samakṣaṃ yadi tatsarvaṃ kartavyaṃ gurvanujñayā gurordevasamakṣaṃ vā na yatheṣṭāsano bhavet

Translation

اگر یہ سب کچھ گرو کے روبرو کرنا ہو تو گرو کی اجازت سے ہی کیا جائے۔ اور گرو یا دیوتا کے سامنے اپنی مرضی کا آسن اختیار نہ کیا جائے۔
