व्यपोहनस्तवनिरूपण-प्रसङ्गे नक्तभोजन-शिवव्रतविधिः (वार्षिक-प्रतिमास-क्रमः)

सर्ववेलामतिक्रम्य नक्तभोजनमुत्तमम् हविष्यभोजनं स्नानं सत्यमाहारलाघवम्

sarvavelāmatikramya naktabhojanamuttamam haviṣyabhojanaṃ snānaṃ satyamāhāralāghavam

تمام کھانے کے اوقات سے گزر کر صرف رات کو کھانا بہترین ورت ہے۔ ہویشیہ (پاک نذرانہ) کا بھوجن، اسنان، سچائی پر قائم رہنا اور ہلکی غذا—یہ شیو پوجا میں برتر آچارن ہیں؛ یہ پشو کے پاش کو ڈھیلا کرتے اور من کو پتی شیو میں ثابت کرتے ہیں۔
