Shivamurti–Pratishtha Phala: Shivalaya-Nirmana, Kshetra-Mahatmya, Tirtha-Snana, and Mandala-Vidhi

kartavyaḥ sarvayatnena dharmakāmārthamuktaye aśaktaścenmuniśreṣṭhāḥ prāsādaṃ kartumuttamam
Suta Goswami (narrating Shiva-dharma to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It frames temple-building (prasāda) for Śiva as a high meritorious support for Linga-worship that integrates the four puruṣārthas, culminating in mokṣa through devotion to Pati.
Śiva is implied as Pati, the liberating Lord: even worldly aims (artha, kāma) become purified when oriented toward His abode and worship, leading the pashu (soul) beyond pāśa (bondage) to mokṣa.
The verse highlights Shiva-prasāda-nirmāṇa (constructing or supporting a temple/shrine) as a practical limb of Śaiva pūjā; when full construction is not possible, one should still do attainable service and offerings as part of disciplined devotion.
