देवादिसृष्टिकथनम् (वसिष्ठशोकः, पराशरजन्म, एकलिङ्गपूजा, रुद्रदर्शनम्)

तवान्तिकं गमिष्यामि तव मात्रा न संशयः सूत उवाच एवमुक्त्वा रुदन्विप्र आलिङ्ग्यारुन्धतीं तदा

tavāntikaṃ gamiṣyāmi tava mātrā na saṃśayaḥ sūta uvāca evamuktvā rudanvipra āliṅgyārundhatīṃ tadā

“میں تمہارے حضور جاؤں گا—تمہاری ماں کے قول سے اس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔” سوت نے کہا: یہ کہہ کر وہ برہمن روتے ہوئے تب ارُندھتی کو گلے لگا لیا۔
