स्थानाभिमानिनाम् एतत् स्थानं मन्वन्तरेषु वै अतीतानागतानां वै वर्तन्ते सांप्रतं च ये

Transliteration

sthānābhimāninām etat sthānaṃ manvantareṣu vai atītānāgatānāṃ vai vartante sāṃprataṃ ca ye

Translation

یہ منصب سے وابستہ رہنے والی حاکم قوتوں کا مقررہ مقام ہے۔ منونتروں میں یہ حکم گزرے ہوئے، آنے والے اور موجودہ سب پر یکساں جاری رہتا ہے۔
