सप्तद्वीप-सप्तसमुद्र-वर्णनम् तथा प्रियव्रतवंश-राज्यविभागः

उद्भिदं प्रथमं वर्षं द्वितीयं वेणुमण्डलम् तृतीयं द्वैरथं चैव चतुर्थं लवणं स्मृतम्

Transliteration

udbhidaṃ prathamaṃ varṣaṃ dvitīyaṃ veṇumaṇḍalam tṛtīyaṃ dvairathaṃ caiva caturthaṃ lavaṇaṃ smṛtam

Translation

پہلا سال ‘اُدبھِد’ کے نام سے یاد کیا گیا ہے؛ دوسرا ‘وےنُمنڈل’؛ تیسرا ‘دوَیرَتھ’؛ اور چوتھا ‘لَوَن’ کے نام سے معروف ہے۔
