सप्तद्वीप-सप्तसमुद्र-वर्णनम् तथा प्रियव्रतवंश-राज्यविभागः

कुशलदेशः कुशले मनुगस्य मनोनुगः उष्णस्योष्णः स्मृतो देशः पीवरः पीवरस्य च

Transliteration

kuśaladeśaḥ kuśale manugasya manonugaḥ uṣṇasyoṣṇaḥ smṛto deśaḥ pīvaraḥ pīvarasya ca

Translation

کُشَل کے لیے ‘کُشَل دیش’ موزوں ہے؛ مَنُگ کے لیے ‘مَنونُگ’ یعنی دل کے مطابق۔ اُشن مزاج والے کے لیے ‘اُشن’ دیش کہا گیا ہے؛ اور پیور کے لیے ‘پیور’ دیش۔
