Adhyaya 40: Kali-yuga Lakshana, Yuga-sandhyamsha, and the Re-emergence of Dharma
वर्णाश्रमप्रतिष्ठानो जायते नृषु सर्वतः तदा स्वल्पफला भूमिः क्वचिच्चापि महाफला
varṇāśramapratiṣṭhāno jāyate nṛṣu sarvataḥ tadā svalpaphalā bhūmiḥ kvaciccāpi mahāphalā
جب لوگوں میں ہر طرف ورن اور آشرم کی بنیاد قائم ہو جاتی ہے، تب زمین کہیں کم پھل دیتی ہے اور کہیں بہت زیادہ پھل آور ہوتی ہے—یہ سب پتی (پروردگار) کے قائم کردہ دھرم کے توازن کے مطابق ہے۔
