evamuktastu vijñāya saṃbhāvayata keśavam pradadau ca mahādevo bhaktiṃ nijapadāṃbuje
Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages at Naimisharanya)
It frames the essence of Linga-upāsanā as Shiva’s anugraha: devotion to the Pati’s lotus-feet, which matures worship from outer rite into liberating bhakti.
Shiva appears as Pati and bestower of grace—one who understands, honors even Keśava, and grants bhakti that loosens pasha (bondage) for the pashu (soul).
The takeaway is bhakti-yoga grounded in Shiva’s feet—devotional absorption that supports Pāśupata orientation, where grace and disciplined worship converge toward liberation.
