وہ دستور کے مطابق ایک جوان بیل کو دیکھتا ہے—پنج کلیان کی علامتوں سے مزین، سیاہ کمبل اوڑھے ہوئے، اور گایوں کے ریوڑ کے بیچ نمایاں طور پر چلتا پھرتا۔
