अथ ते भ्रातृपुत्राणां पक्षयो: पतितान्नृपान् । चचाल भू: कुरुक्षेत्रं येषामापततां बलै: ॥ १२ ॥
atha te bhrātṛ-putrāṇāṁ pakṣayoḥ patitān nṛpān cacāla bhūḥ kurukṣetraṁ yeṣām āpatatāṁ balaiḥ
پھر، اے ودُر، پروردگار نے تمہارے بھتیجوں کے حامی اور مخالف—دونوں طرف کے بادشاہوں کو کوروکشیتر کی جنگ میں ہلاک کروا دیا۔ وہ اتنے عظیم و قوی تھے کہ میدانِ جنگ میں چلتے تو زمین گویا لرز اٹھتی تھی۔
