दन्दशूकादय: सर्पा राजन् क्रोधवशात्मजा: । इलाया भूरुहा: सर्वे यातुधानाश्च सौरसा: ॥ २८ ॥

Transliteration

dandaśūkādayaḥ sarpā rājan krodhavaśātmajāḥ ilāyā bhūruhāḥ sarve yātudhānāś ca saurasāḥ

Translation

اے راجن، کرودھوشا کے بیٹے دندشوک وغیرہ سانپ، دوسرے سانپ اور مچھر وغیرہ کیڑے پیدا ہوئے۔ اِلا کے بطن سے سب بیلیں، درخت اور نباتات پیدا ہوئیں۔ سُرسا کے بطن سے یاتودھان—یعنی راکشس اور بدروحوں کی قسم—پیدا ہوئی۔
