शिष्या इमे भगवत: परित: पठन्तिगायन्ति साम सरहस्यमजस्रमीशम् । युष्मच्छिखाविलुलिता: सुमनोऽभिवृष्टी:सर्वे भजन्त्यृषिगणा इव वेदशाखा: ॥ ९ ॥

Transliteration

śiṣyā ime bhagavataḥ paritaḥ paṭhanti gāyanti sāma sarahasyam ajasram īśam yuṣmac-chikhā-vilulitāḥ sumano ’bhivṛṣṭīḥ sarve bhajanty ṛṣi-gaṇā iva veda-śākhāḥ

Translation

اگنی دھرا نے کہا—اے پروردگار، تمہارے جسم کے گرد منڈلاتی بھنوریں تمہارے قابلِ پرستش وجود کے گرد بیٹھے شاگردوں کی مانند ہیں۔ وہ مسلسل سام وید کے منتر اور اُپنشدوں کے راز کے ساتھ گاتے ہوئے ایشور کی ستائش کر رہی ہیں۔ تمہاری زلفوں سے جھڑتی پھولوں کی بارش کا رس وہ چکھتی ہیں؛ جیسے رشی وید کی شاخوں کا سہارا لیتے ہیں، ویسے ہی وہ سب تمہارا بھجن کرتی ہیں۔
