اوم—میں شُدھ سَتْوَسْوَروپ پرم پُرُشوتّم بھگوان کو نمسکار کرتا ہوں۔ وہی پران، جسمانی قوت، تیز، ہمت اور توانائی کا سرچشمہ ہے۔ اوتاروں میں سب سے پہلے ظاہر ہونے والے مہا مَتْسْیَ کو نمسکار؛ بار بار اُسی کو پرنام۔
