tatra snātvā mahā-bhāgā upoṣya su-samāhitāḥ brāhmaṇebhyo dadur dhenūr vāsaḥ-srag-rukma-mālinīḥ

وہاں سمنت-پنچک میں نیک سیرت یادَوؤں نے غسل کیا اور پوری یکسوئی سے روزہ (اُپواس) رکھا۔ پھر انہوں نے برہمنوں کو ایسی گائیں دان کیں جو کپڑوں، پھولوں کی مالاؤں اور سونے کے ہاروں سے آراستہ تھیں۔
