अथ तैरभ्यनुज्ञात: कौशिकीमेत्य ब्राह्मणै: । स्नात्वा सरोवरमगाद् यत: सरयूरास्रवत् ॥ ९ ॥
atha tair abhyanujñātaḥ kauśikīm etya brāhmaṇaiḥ snātvā sarovaram agād yataḥ sarayūr āsravat
پھر رشیوں کی اجازت پا کر ربّ برہمنوں کے ساتھ کوشیکی ندی پر گئے اور غسل کیا۔ وہاں سے وہ اُس تالاب کی طرف گئے جہاں سے سرَیو ندی بہتی ہے۔
