Uddhava Sent to Vraja: Consolation to Nanda-Yaśodā and the Gopīs’ Separation
gacchoddhava vrajaṁ saumya pitror nau prītim āvaha gopīnāṁ mad-viyogādhiṁ mat-sandeśair vimocaya
Kṛṣṇa sends Uddhava to Vraja to comfort Nanda and Yaśodā and to console the gopīs, easing their intense pain of separation through His personal message.
It shows that separation from Kṛṣṇa can become a powerful form of devotion, and that the Lord reciprocates by sending remembrance and guidance to sustain His devotees’ hearts.
By carrying spiritual encouragement to those who feel distant from God—sharing uplifting teachings, sincere remembrance, and compassionate support that reduces inner suffering.
