gadā-prahāra-vyathito bhṛśaṁ vihvalito gajaḥ jānubhyāṁ dharaṇīṁ spṛṣṭvā kaśmalaṁ paramaṁ yayau

جمبھاسور کی گدا کی ضرب سے اندر کا ہاتھی سخت تکلیف میں مبتلا اور بدحواس ہو گیا۔ وہ گھٹنوں کے بل زمین کو چھو کر شدید بے ہوشی میں چلا گیا۔
