Chapter 371 — Yama-Niyama and Praṇava-Upāsanā (Oṅkāra) as Brahma-vidyā

भूरग्न्यात्मने हृदयं भुवः प्राजापत्यात्मने शिरः स्वःसूर्यात्मने च शिखा कवचमुच्यते

bhūragnyātmane hṛdayaṃ bhuvaḥ prājāpatyātmane śiraḥ svaḥsūryātmane ca śikhā kavacamucyate

‘بھُوḥ’—بطورِ اَگنی-آتما—دل (ہردیہ) کے لیے مقرر ہے؛ ‘بھُوَوَḥ’—بطورِ پرجاپتی-آتما—سر کے لیے؛ اور ‘سْوَḥ’—بطورِ سورَی-آتما—شِکھا (چوٹی) کے لیے۔ اسی کو ‘کَوَچ’ کہا جاتا ہے۔
