मांसासृक्कफजा जिह्वा मेदो ऽसृक्कफमांसजौ वृषाणौ दश प्राणस्य ज्ञेयान्यायतनानि तु
māṃsāsṛkkaphajā jihvā medo 'sṛkkaphamāṃsajau vṛṣāṇau daśa prāṇasya jñeyānyāyatanāni tu
زبان گوشت، خون اور کَف سے بنی ہے؛ چربی خون، کَف اور گوشت سے پیدا ہوتی ہے؛ اور دونوں خصیے چربی، خون، کَف اور گوشت سے مرکب ہیں۔ یہ پران کے دس آیتن (آدھار-مقامات) سمجھے جائیں۔
