صبحِ صادق اور رات میں اس کا جپ بدخوابوں کو مٹانے والا ہے۔ اور زچگی کے وقت عورت “پرمندِنے…” سے شروع ہونے والا منتر جپ کرے، تاکہ گربھ-وِموچن یعنی آسان ولادت ہو۔
