चाक्षुष्यम्भेदनं हृद्यं दीपनं क्रफरोगनुत् नीलोत्पलस्य किञ्जल्कं गोशकृद्रससंयुतं
cākṣuṣyambhedanaṃ hṛdyaṃ dīpanaṃ krapharoganut nīlotpalasya kiñjalkaṃ gośakṛdrasasaṃyutaṃ
